Sterilization isn’t a policy page here. Every instrument that reaches your chair has been through the same five phases, in the same order, every time.

Chemical wash
Instruments come off the tray straight into a chemical disinfectant solution. Nothing is set aside to be dealt with later.

Ultrasonic cleaning
An ultrasonic bath lifts debris out of the places a brush cannot reach, including hinges and threads.

Drying and pouch packing
Instruments are dried and sealed into sterilization pouches. The pouch is opened at your chair, in front of you.

B-class autoclave
A full cycle in an internationally certified B-class autoclave, the standard written for hollow and wrapped instruments rather than solid ones alone.
- 05
UV storage until use
Sealed pouches wait in a UV chamber until the moment they are needed, so nothing sits on an open tray between patients.
